01 · The first WorkWell conference
In January 2026, 221 people from 65 organizations gathered in Amman for the first WorkWell conference. They explored how work is designed, led and experienced, and what makes it healthier. WorkWell Amman 2027 builds on that first event with a sharper focus on organizations and original Jordanian workplace research.

The principle
Wellbeing is not simply something we add to work. It is something we design into work.
Healthy work is increasingly a leadership, organizational, and performance issue and not simply an employee well-being issue.
