WorkWell Amman 2026 is a one-day leadership conference designed for professionals who want to perform, lead, and stay effective under pressure . . . without burning out.

The conference offers practical, evidence-based tools to help individuals strengthen focus, resilience, emotional regulation, and decision-making, while understanding how leadership behavior and workplace culture directly impact performance and long-term career sustainability.

HRH Princess Noor bint Asem

Founder of Moments Platform

HRH Princess Noor bint Asem is a global leader in inner education and nervous system–informed leadership, working at the intersection of regulation, inner resources, and systemic change. She is the Founder of Moments, a global inner education system focused on building regulation, resilience, and agency across education, humanitarian, and leadership contexts. She collaborates with the United Nations and international institutions to integrate these capacities into global frameworks. Her work bridges science, lived practice, and policy, positioning inner resources—including mindfulness—as essential infrastructure for resilient leadership, learning systems, and sustainable futures.

HRH Princess Noor bint Asem is an ICF-certified professional coach and a member of the ICF Jordan Chapter, actively supporting the advancement of ethical, human-centered leadership and wellbeing in Jordan.

Institutional Keynote

Dr. Sameer Bakeer Bino

Expert in Institutional Capacity Building & Future Readiness

Dr. Samir Bino is a retired Major General of the Jordanian Public Security Directorate, with a distinguished career in leadership, security, and public decision-making. He served in senior command roles and later contributed to national legislative work as a two-term member of the Jordanian Senate. He currently chairs the Board of Trustees of the Union of Arab Academics and Scientists, serves as Chairman of the Caucasian Club in Jordan, and is a board member of the Jordanian Association of Management Consultants. Dr. Bino is also a consultant in strategic planning and institutional capacity building.

He holds a PhD in Strategic Management, is an ICF-certified professional coach, and has participated in United Nations committees and international peacekeeping missions. He is widely recognized for his contributions to leadership, public policy, and institutional transformation.
